We would like to invite you to our upcoming GCC Roundtable in Hyderabad, hosted by ISB Executive Education in collaboration with Dun & Bradstreet. The roundtable, scheduled for May 24, 2024 from 9:00am to 12:00pm, at the ISB Campus, Auditorium, Hyderabad, will bring together luminaries from Indian GCCs to explore the evolution and increasing value of Global Capability Centers (GCCs) in India.
The roundtable discussion will be framed around the following areas:
Led by Prakash Bagri, Associate Professor (Practice), Marketing, ISB, the roundtable will facilitate conversations on the challenges, opportunities, and innovations shaping Indian GCCs’ position as global strategic powerhouses, and the role that leadership plays in accelerating this growth.
The roundtable discussion will be framed around the following areas:
- Transforming from a cost and talent arbitrage centre into a centre of excellence and innovation.
- Roadmap for Indian GCCs to emerge as a global strategic powerhouse.
- Contribution of this towards innovation that benefits not only the company but also the larger industry and/or economy.
- Discuss strategies to scale innovation, collaboration backed by continuous learning.
